My passion for people throughout my career has made me a thought leader and advocate for equality and diversity – research shows the outputs of diverse leadership drives exceptional results.

Still, many organisations across the globe need to be convinced of the benefits this agenda brings to the success of their businesses.

Since 2018, when I qualified as a Business Coach, I have focused on supporting and mentoring women in business.

At the same time, I work actively to be a role model and share my personal journey and learnings to encourage and support the next generations of leaders and successful women.
