Never before have we seen the level of resignations, career changes and changes in how people want to work.
Pre-pandemic majority of critical challenges within the office environment were driven by poor acoustics on the office floor, badly designed workspaces that only supported certain activities, formal dress and presenteeism.
New balance through hybrid working to allow employees having a choice of where to work, whether this is home, remote, coffee shop, coworking space or ‘work from anywhere’ without impact on pay or benefits.
